Program Analyst


Job Description:
Provide integrated schedule development, maintenance, and analysis in support of FAA programs and integration initiatives.

Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Support customer with program management guidance and coordination to ensure successful program execution
  • Create integrated program schedules based on program milestones, customer areas of concern, and internal and external dependencies
  • Coordinate updates to program schedules with internal and external points of contact
  • Create and manage program schedule baselines
  • Analyze program schedules to identify critical path, slack, and risk areas
  • Present analysis and recommendations to customer
  • Create presentations and support meetings for customer related to integrated schedule and program activities that impact the schedule

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Project for schedule generation
  • Experience with schedule-driven program management support
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study program performance
  • Detail oriented, independent, self-motivated, and a proactive team member
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills effective with operational, technical, and senior management audiences
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting FAA programs preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Travel:

  • Project related travel as required
